Keeping with its mission to be Indiana’s leader in Commercial Real Estate education, ICBR has launched the Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program.
The Commercial Real Estate Certificate program was designed to bridge the gap between standard pre-licensing education and commercial designations, and provide an entry-level look at the commercial real estate industry. This program offers a comprehensive curriculum spanning the industry, and is ideal for professionals new to/wanting to begin their commercial real estate career or even seasoned individuals looking for a refresher.
Courses are open to anyone, but those wishing to complete the certificate program must meet the following requirements:
Registration Fees
All certificate classes are offered in 2-hour increments and priced as follows: • $50 – ICBR Members • $75 – Non-Members
Testing/Exam Fees
Those wishing to receive the certificate will also be required to pass the comprehensive exam offered on the last day of classes, offered at no cost. Should you need to retake the exam, a $50 exam fee will be assessed. You may take the online exam until you achieve a passing grade of 75%+ within the first 90 days of the assessment fee, after that an additional $50 exam reassessment fee will be required to add another 90 days to complete testing
