Learn every step of the transaction, what the importance a seller’s net sheet supplies to their brokerage & their consumer. This course will highlight closing costs attached to the sale of a consumer’s home as well as netting the consumer out for counter offers & home inspections.
Social media and technology is a fast pace and forever changing world. In this course you will review the REALTORS® Code of Ethics and how to insure you are in compliance while using social media. You will decode how to remain informed on social media issues and what systems to implement to insure you will not damage your reputation.
This course focuses on how to remain faithful to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics while using social media and technology.
Upon completion of “Social Media Ethics for Real Estate” continuing education course, you will be able to:
Define Social Media
Identify two key aspirational concepts found in the Preamble to the REALTORS® Code of Ethics
Describe “general business” ethics, and compare and contrast the REALTORS®’ Code of Ethics with business ethics
Explain the concepts established in Articles 1, 11,12, and 15 of the Code of Ethics
Summarize possible violations of the Code of Ethics specifically related to the Articles 1, 11, 12 and 15, after reviewing case studies
Explain the professio nal standards process for enforcing the Code of Ethics, including the duty to arbitrate
Learn the obligations licensees have to Real Estate License Law, Code of Ethics, FTC, copyright laws & more with the usage of the internet & social media. Apply information to daily usage of social media.
This course has been approved for 4 hours of Broker or Manaing Broker CE.
During this 4 hour course, student's will learn:
How you can limit risk to preserve your safety & your client's safety for positive business outcomes.
How to assess risk in their crrent practice & create safety systems, scripts, & tools for listing appointments, showing property, & conductng open houses.
How to protect personal & electronic information online, in the cloud, & on social networks.
Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority Programs: Their Impact on Consumers & Real Estate Broker Involvement
At the conclusion of the course, attendees will understand the various components of IHCDA's programs and how they can be incorporated into a real estate transaction. Armed wtih this information and access to funds such as down payment assistance, more cusumers may be able to purchase homes in the state of Indiana.
