This two-day ABR Designation Course will meet from 8:30am-5pm both days. Course will establish a foundation of training, skills and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer's representative. Students learn to:
-Build a buyer-representation business
-Value the services you perform on behalf of buyer-clients
-Increase confidence to work toward a signed buyer representation agreement
-Gain methods, tools and techniques to provide the support and services that buyers want
A 50-question, closed book multiple-choice exam will be administered after the class for those pursuing the designation. Eighty percent passing exam grade is required.
After completing the course, you will have three years to complete the other ABR designation requirements that include completion of an ABR elective; documentation of five completed transactions as buyer representative and REBAC & NAR membership.
Qualifies for 12 hours of elective Indiana CE. Counts for 14 GRI credits.
$295 fee includes tuition, materials and CE credit.
