DAY TWO (January 22)

• Mortgage Financing for Real Estate Licensees | Registration: 8 am | Class: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm 6 credits
• Lunch break (one hour)
• New Construction | Registration: 3:45 pm | Class: 4 pm to 6 pm 2 credits  

DAY THREE (January 28)

• Business Planning | Registration: 8 am | Class: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm 8 credits
• Lunch break (one hour)

DAY FOUR (January 29)

• Lead Generation | Registration: 8 am | Class: 8:30 am to 10:30 am 2 credits
• The Art of Negotiating | Registration: 10:45 am | Class: 11 am to 4 pm 4 credits | (Includes one hour lunch break)
